About Tracy

Tracy brings a blend of academic training and real-world experience to her counselling work. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Applied Statistics from Mount Saint Vincent University, followed by a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Her approach is integrative, client-centred, strengths-based, and solutions-focused, with a strong emphasis on creating trust and safety. Tracy supports individuals in authentically navigating life’s challenges while building resilience, insight, and meaningful change.

What sets Tracy apart is her more than 20 years of experience as a first responder, as a call taker and a dispatcher. This background gives her a deep, firsthand understanding of high-stress environments, trauma exposure, and the complexities of helping roles. She brings a grounded, compassionate, and practical perspective to therapy—one that honours both vulnerability and strength, and meets clients with genuine understanding and respect.
